When build with Borland C++ 5.02 (or earlier) using dynamic library versions, the number of codebits may differ when the same file is encoded twice and some files can not be decoded correctly on certain Windows installations. This problem can easily be solved by using static library versions instead, which can be selected in the "TargetExpert".
